Shipping and returns
Depending on which shipment method you chose you will receive your order the next day if you placed your order before 17:00 and all items are in stock at our main warehouse (with the exception of mistakes in the stock system). See below for the details of the different shipping methods. At the moment we can only ship frozen and refrigerated items within the Netherlands (with the exception of the Waddeneilanden).
Same-Day Delivery Amsterdam
Our Same-Day Delivery is being taken care of by Peddler. Using this shipping method both frozen and dry goods van be delivered within the some areas of Amstedam (mainly within the ring) If your delivery address is within one of the areas Peddler services, the Same-Day delivery option will be shown as a shpiment method to choose from. Do bear in mind that we do not ship frozen goods with any special cooling material. Usually your order will be delivered within 1 hour of pickup time, this does mean that some items may de lightly defrosted, just like when you do grocery shopping yourself. Orders placed before 15:00 will be delivered the same day in the evening between 18:00 and 20:00. If you place your order after 15:00 your order will be delivered the next day between 18:00 and 20:00. Please make sure someone will be at the address to accept the delivery. Orders above €45,- are eligible for free shipping using this method as long as the order is not too big for their bikes. Shipping costs (mostly more than the shipping amount charged at checkout) will be deducted from the refundable amount if an order is cancelled after it has been shipped.

DHL Parcel (other countries)
For shipments without frozen or refrigerated items DHL Parcel (not DHL Express) can be chosen as shipment method. A remote area surcharge of €17,50 may be added to the shipment cost for certain remote destinations. DHL Parcel will not deliver to the door in some areas, your order will then be delivered to a ServicePoint for pick up.

If you are not satisfied with one of the products, you can always send it back to us (at your own expense) or return it to our shop or warehouse, as long as the expiry date will permit this. Before returning goods, please notify us by email at email@example.com within 8 days of receiving your order. Frozen and fresh products have to be returned at the right temperatures (5°C for refrigerated and -18°C frozen products).
